When Andrew Pierce and Ashley Hudson met at their church in Hamburg they were certain there was no going to the other side. Ashley was only 17 and hadn't been with a man before, so the two took things really slow. The two fell in love instantly. Andrew was praying to God at New Year's Day, just prior to the start of 2016. He demanded God for one final favor this year, which was that Ashley accept his proposal and be married. Ashley was looking for a rustic folk wedding theme that represented both her and Andrew. The wedding consisted of everything they loved. Ashley was raised on 40 acres. Ashley knew the entire area exploring it, and had a game on the land. Andrew and Ashley had also walked in this spot several times since they began dating. Being that the wedding was largely homemade, personalization played a big aspect. Andrew and Ashley's Dad made the seating areas and the arch for the ceremony. Ashley painted many of the decorations. Ashley says that without Anna's incredible floral design, our wedding wouldn't have been as magical or romantic as we dreamed. Simply stunning.
